Community Update - March 13th

Continue

It’s only been a few days since the launch of Warzone and we couldn’t be more excited to jump into the weekend. Let’s take a look at what’s going on at the studio and get a peek at what we're working on!

This week, we turned on 2XP, 2X Weapon XP, and 2X Tiers, which you can continue the grind on until Tuesday, March 17th!

In Modern Warfare, we added Search and Rescue to the playlist rotation along with a chaotic Mayhem Moshpit, with modes like Cranked, Grind, and Drop Zone. You can check out more details about Tuesday’s update by checking out our patch notes, HERE.

Since the release of Warzone on Tuesday, we’ve made a few adjustments:

  • A patch that enables the text chat in Modern Warfare multiplayer and also fixes a bug that gave inconsistent rewards when completing contracts in Battle Royale.
  • Lowered the player count requirements needed to start a match
  • Fixed an exploit where players were able to counter the gas ring in Battle Royale

As a reminder, we keep track of known issues on our Trello board, a living and breathing tracker where we post updates, patch notes, and live updates to bugs we're working on. Follow it HERE.

What are we working on?

How about a little Mercenary Moshpit fun? We’re also big fans of 10v10 on Atlas Superstore, but…maybe Cranked Kill Confirmed? Or maybe you’re a fan of all three? Keep an eye out for more details on our Twitter, @InfinityWard!
