How to Report Bugs and Provide Feedback During Weekend Two of the Crossplay Beta!

During the Beta, it’s possible that you might encounter a few bugs. It’s part of game development, and as we get closer to our launch in October, your feedback is incredibly important to us. Reporting those bugs back to us is extremely helpful, so please use this guide when telling us about any issues you encounter:

• Title: Please post a subject/title with a clear summary of your issue. Writing “I need help!” doesn’t really help us understand what issue you’re having.

• Description: Tell us what you’re experiencing as concisely as possible. Include any error codes you might encounter and describe what is happening (not what you think is happening). Feel free to tell us any other information if you think it would be helpful.

• Reproduction: Clearly write out the steps to reproduce the issue if you can. If you aren’t able to reproduce the problem, please tell us a list of actions you took prior to the issue occurring

• Video: Video is always helpful, so if you are able to replicate the issue, please record footage of it happening and send it to us. (Twitter, YouTube, Streamable, etc.)

• Region: Where are you located?

• Time: What time did you experience this issue and did it happen more than once?

If you find that you’re encountering the same issue as someone else and there’s already an existing thread, please post your information in the same thread. Please don’t hijack another thread for a different problem, it makes it hard to sift through when we’re collecting information.
