Job Description:

We’re looking for talented animators with vision who will help take our next game to new levels of quality and realism.

Requirements:

• Strong key frame animation skills.
• Exceptional skills in animating natural and expressive human motion to create realistic, fluid character animations (running, diving, combat, etc).
• Ability to create animations that will help create an extremely immersive, realistic, and exciting gaming experience for the player.
• Motion capture animation experience preferred.
• 3+ years professional experience animating in Maya preferred
• Next gen experienced preferred
• Passion for acting and staging
• Love for video games, understanding of what makes people say “wow”
• Driven to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience a must (preferably with teams of 10+)
• 3+ years QA experience with 2+ years as a Lead or Supervisor/Mgr preferred
• At least 2 shipped games preferred
• Strong understanding of game development procedures, pipelines, etc. and how these relate to bugs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
• Passion for gaming, strong desire to create high quality games above and beyond the current standard in the industry
• Ability to develop and execute plans for improvement
• Strong project management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
